Hello Kitty is a cartoon character born in 1974, she is as tall as 3 apples and is a very energetic and curious kitten. His hobbies: traveling, listening to music, reading, eating tasty biscuits, organizing parties with his friends at tea time. His motto: "You never have too many friends!". The character's first name was Kitty White, named after one of Alice's cats in Lewis Carroll's book Through the Looking Glass. In fact, in the 70s, British culture was very popular among Japanese girls. The name Hello Kitty comes from the non-literal translation of the character Maneki Neko, or the welcome cat (in English more properly "welcoming cat"). Like all Sanrio characters, Hello Kitty is designed in the kawaii style. The term does not have an exact translation into Italian, in fact it indicates something minute and a little affected, an ephemeral and colorful world (often pink) made up of anthropomorphic animals and cats without claws.

From 15 June 2009 on the satellite channel Boomerang, Monday to Friday in prime time (20.35pm) and at the weekend at lunchtime (13.30 pm), Hello Kitty will entertain the children with the new series IN SEARCH OF THE MAGIC APPLES and THE FOREST OF MYSTERIES. His inseparable frog friend, Kero Kero Keroppi, will instead be the protagonist of HELP, THE CITY ON THE NINFEE IS IN DANGER! While the bunny Hana will be the little star of THE DANCER FULL OF DREAMS.

The episodes of these new series last 10 minutes, are made in traditional animation and are told as fantastic fairy tales, thus accompanying the little ones in an enchanted world: from costumes to colors, from landscapes to music, everything is immersed in magic. Friendship is the key value in all Hello Kitty series proposed by Boomerang. Even these latest productions, see affection, solidarity and support towards friends as the basis of enchanting stories. In the new series, however, ample space is also given to research, discovery and adventure, to learn about the world around us in a joyful and serene way.
Below is a plot of the individual cartoons and curiosities about the character:

· HELLO KITTY - IN SEARCH OF MAGIC APPLES
At the cry of Melacadabra! our little protagonists, Kitty and Mimmy, are catapulted into a magical kingdom: the Apple Forest, whose queen has suddenly fallen ill and needs the golden apple to heal, the only fruit capable of fulfilling all wishes . The two kittens will go in search of the magical fruit, "succulent" also for other characters who have been chasing it for some time.
In this adventure Kitty and Mimmy are helped by Pururu, the fairy, and by Uncle Scotch, the owl-guide. In addition, they have very useful magical items, such as the pink casket inside which there is a magic mirror that can put them in communication with Uncle Scotch and the magical heart-shaped pendant. The twins are convinced that no one knows their secret ... in reality, the mother has discovered everything and supports them in the search.

· HELLO KITTY - THE FOREST MYSTERY
Hello Kitty needs her friends! In this new adventure, in fact, she will be accompanied not only by her historical friends, Keroppi, Pururu, uncle Scotch, but also by Mimmy, her twin sister. Together the two sweet kittens will turn into skilled detectives to discover the reason why so many objects disappear from the fairy forest. Thanks to the transformations, they will be able to work in secret, hiding behind unusual and completely new clothes and clothes.

· KERO KERO KEROPPI - HELP! THE CITY ON THE NINFEE IS IN DANGER!
The frog Keroppi enrolls in the school of Natural Sciences where he will experience incredible adventures with his companions. In fact, he will have to face the evil Gamegamedada, a mad scientist who wants to destroy the school.

 

· HANA - THE DANCER FULL OF DREAMS
Hana is a bunny who pursues the dream of becoming a great dancer. One day she receives a letter saying that she has passed the selections to enter the prestigious Premiere dance school, which is located on the Etoile island. Here he will make friends with many other aspiring dancers, the twins Rose and Mary, Iris and many others. While missing her sweet granny and a strong homesickness, Hana is determined to work hard to make her big dream come true soon.

Hello Kitty becomes 3D! The show is the first Sanrio TV series animated in 3D computer graphics starring the adorable and famous characters Hello Kitty, Melody, Keroppi, Batzaru, Pochakko and many more. Faced with such advanced technology, the values ​​of the cartoon remain the same as they were 30 years ago: joy of life, learning, love for family and friends.

THE FAIRY TALES OF HELLO KITTY AND HIS FRIENDS

The kitten most loved by children and their mothers will entertain the whole family with the stories of Little Red Riding Hood, Snow White, Hansel and Gretel, Puss in Boots and many other timeless characters. The cartoon, made in traditional animation, sees our kitten playing the role of Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty in the woods and Alice in Wonderland. But Kitty will not be alone: ​​even the frog Kero Keroppi will present very famous fairy tales such as Robin Hood and Gulliver. For the first time on screen, we will also see the duck Pekkle engage in the adventures of Simbad and Aladdin. In this animated production, Kitty will also tell children about Aesop's fables such as The Hare and the Tortoise and classics such as The Nutcracker.

HELLO KITTY PARALLEL TOWN

With her twin sister Mimmy, Kitty will visit Apple Forest after a long time; the owl Scotch however advises them not to go because strange events happen in the forest ... but the two kittens still decide to venture out in search of their friends. Then, Mimmy disappears! And a little black cat comes out of a house: it looks just like Mimmy. Who is it? To discover Kitty's alter ego, an appointment with the stories of Parallel Town.
