Mila and Shiro, two hearts in volleyball is a compelling and romantic cartoon in the vein of "Mimì and the volleyball girls". The series was broadcast for the first time in 1984 and tells the story of Mila Hazuki, a girl who lives with her father, who is practically always absent for work reasons and without her mother who abandoned her when she was still very small. Mila, given her attitude, decides to join the school's women's volleyball team. Initially you start from the bench, but from game to game you will be able to gain the trust of the coach Daimon and therefore have a starting position. Mila experiences contrasts both in the family, with her father and with some schoolmates, first of all Nami, the team captain above all because of the mutual interest they have for one of the strongest volleyball players in the school: Shiro . After various vicissitudes, Shiro also falls in love with Mila and a tender relationship is born between the two. Over time and also thanks to the precious contribution that Mila will give to the team, a strong bond of friendship will also grow with Nami. In addition, Mila's mother also appears in the series, who without her knowledge will watch and comment on all the matches of her daughter.
