In the near future, humans have fled the planet earth due to its pollution. The only machine left in operation is a small waste compaction robot called the Wall-e (short for Walle Allocation Load Lifter Earth-Class). After spending many years in solitude, a latest generation robot called Eve lands on earth, whose purpose is to check the conditions of the planet. A feeling of understanding arises between the two robots, which will bind them during the adventures they will have to face.
