4 50 xTE DRAWING COMPETITION

For fans of cartoons, manga, anime, more and more we can talk about the anime-manga generation.
If at the beginning of the 80's comics, manga and anime were a product for children or for teenagers, now in the new millennium this distinction can no longer be made, they are a product for everyone.
The network being a global world offers the possibility for everyone to express their passion. In some places certain passions might seem childish, immature and even at times ridiculous; well the network helps in this to share their passions.
The island that doesn't exist www.tuttocartoni.com it was born with this aim to share the passion of the anime-manga world with everyone; so for all the eternal Peter Pan or aspiring artists or simply enthusiasts we have created 2 initiatives:

It has reached its 4th edition, the 3rd edition of the competition had to be the turning point, in case of failure it was decided to close its doors; but instead the expected Boom has happened !!!

With more than 40 members and more than 200 works exhibited, it was a real success; there was to be an edition a year but with this boom .... this year there will be 2 editions.

The competition was born with the idea of ​​creating a large showcase for every designer-artist-passionate about drawing, or whatever you like. Anyone who can draw here can compare his talent, his style with that of others.

As a showcase, the purpose is to make your talent known on the net, someone in the various editions has managed to show off, also earning jobs to do for sites or for individuals.

Making the competition known and having more and more subscribers is our aim the network is immense but by finding the right channels I believe that everyone can carve out their own space. Dreaming costs nothing and dreams sometimes come true, good fun for everyone

The competition is open to all those who know how to draw. Send or tell me where to take your anime-manga-cartoon style drawing in jpeg or gif format a single courtesy do not exceed 12 cm or 944 px as height or width for the drawings I know that most are scanned but it goes online a 800x600 drawing is also fine

2nd "on-line" Cosplay Competition 2005

Cosplay for those unfamiliar with them, cosplay are fans of anime-manga who love to play the role of their heroes; more in detail they love to go to various fairs or themed events with the features of anime-manga heroes
For them we have organized this online competition, now in its second edition and for everyone the opportunity to see wonderful clothes, or transposition in the flesh of the various paper heroes.

Rules for Cosplayers
To participate, just download the form, fill it out in its entirety, send a photo (possibly putting the worn dress well in view) and an image of the character to Mica78 with the following data:
name or nickname of the participant
name of the character
age of the competitor [optional] *
e-mail address [optional] *
address of your site [optional] *
the authorization that the photos can be published on the internet even after the end of the competition, for any use by the webmaster of the "Cosplay" site * at the request of the participant, optional data will not be included in the personal files. For those interested in participating also with his group of cosplayers, he can do so by sending a photo (possibly showing all the clothes well) and an image depicting all the characters, to Mica78 with the data requested above, filling in fields for all members. The contest will be held from 1 July 2005 until 30 September 2005 and will take place as follows: through a survey where the internet public will decide the winner of the 2005 cosplay contest; by voting by the jury for special categories. The winners and prizes:

IMPORTANT!
1. Photos must be sent in the following sizes:
photo dimensions approx. 20 x 15 cm;
with a resolution of no more than 100 pixels / inch
; file size not to exceed 100 kb. 2. You can participate only with "normal" photos (no photomontages or other).
3. Photos must be sent by June 20, 2005.

Rules for Webmasters
To be a member of the jury just insert the banner of the contest (below) linked to http://www.cosplay.too.it, in the index or on the home page of your site and send an email by sending a mini banner 88x31 to Mica78. The members of the jury will vote through a form (currently not available) the 3 cosplayers who they think deserve to receive the 3 special awards.
