The International Jury of the fourteenth edition of the International Festival of Television and Multimedia Animation Cartoons on the Bay , composed of Gary Goldman (Animator, Member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, USA) as President, Diana Manson ( Executive Vice President, Chorion Creative and Development Area, USA), Maya Goetz (Director of the Prix Jeunesse Foundation and Central International Institute of Educational Television for Children IZI, GERMANY), Nicole Keeb (Head of International Co-productions, Development and Acquisitions ZDF, GERMANY ) and Christy Dena (Director of Universe Creation 101, AUSTRALIA) after having viewed the 44 programs in competition, decided that the Pulcinella Prizes will be assigned to the following programs for the following reasons:
