Wakfu, the French favorite cartoon, crosses the Rhine

Roubaix, France - March 15, 2010 - The latest Kids TV Report consecrates Wakfu as the most watched cartoon by the French (4-14 years old).

The series will also be broadcast on German channel RTL 2 this summer.

Plot:

Wakfu is a world submerged by the tears of an ogre in love, Ogrest, in which a child with mysterious powers, Yugo, sets out in search of his origins and his people: the Elatrop. During his journey, other travelers join him: Ruel Stroud, an old treasure hunter, rather shrewd and stingy, Tristepan, an extravagant young man a bit stupid, but very brave, Amalia, a princess on the run, as beautiful as she is rebel and his bodyguard, Evangeline, pragmatic and intelligent, and the most loyal of his companions, Az, a greedy and cowardly bird.
