Fifteen kids are chosen, in spite of themselves, to lead a giant robot and protect the Earth from fifteen scary alien invaders. The robot is piloted by only one boy at a time, even if all the pilots are inside the cockpit. But none of them are aware that after the battle the mighty automaton requires the life of its pilot, and that they can save the Earth only by making an extreme sacrifice.
In a small seaside village, a group of fifteen sixth-grade boys and girls are attending a summer course in marine biology. During a trip to the beach, at the bottom of a cave, they discover a laboratory full of equipment and computers, and there they meet a mysterious man who introduces himself with the name of Kokopelli. The excitement of young people skyrockets when they discover that the strange character is a videogame programmer, with a surprise in store for them: the chance to test the revolutionary project he is working on. The game consists of piloting a giant robot to defend the earth from a group of monstrous creatures, which will attack one after another. The realism of the game is immediately terrifying, not only for the indisputable quality of the design, but above all because one of the boys dies at the end of the first fight. But this dramatic game cannot be stopped.
