DHX Media, a children's content and brand company, and Alpha Group, one of the world's largest developers of animation and toys, have launched the new preschool animated series Rev & Roll
. The Jr. family of DHX Television, in Canada, and the Jiajia channel of Alpha Group, in China, have commissioned the new animated series CGI, which will be broadcast for the first time in Italy by
15 September 2019 from Sunday to Friday at 18.50 pm on Cartoonito.
The Rev & Roll animated series was created by Scott and Julie Stewart, the same authors of
Kate and Mim-Mim , who are also executive producers on the series, along with Anne Loi, Kirsten Newlands and Ken Faier for DHX Media with Isaac Lin and Ray Wang for Alpha Group.
Rev & Roll is a series consisting of 52 episodes each lasting 11 minutes and tells the adventures of Rev an eight-year-old boy and his best friend Rumble, a brightly colored anthropomorphic truck that has all the personality of a faithful dog and enthusiastic! Rev and Rumble are an energetic and enthusiastic couple of friends who live on their family's ranch in the town of Accelerator Acres. Like most families in the city, they participate in the community life of Fender Bend, where in this world full of life, vehicles live side by side with their best human friends. From adorable trucks, curious dune strollers to thinking fire trucks, the world of Rev and Rumble is always on the go with fun and adventurous jobs to do! In addition, Rev often meets her best friend Avery, and her ATV, Alley, with whom she will share much of his experiences.
