At the dawn of a new day, a fragment of a star enters the Earth's atmosphere: it is the same one that created Pegasus and L-Drago. But this phenomenon does not go unnoticed because the young scientist Yuki is ready to discover all its secrets. This is how the first episode of Beyblade begins: Metal Fury, number 103 of the entire Saga. After all, fans already know the story. Beyblade Metal Fury is a manga cartoon, aired in Japan from April 2011 to March 2012, for a total of 51 episodes, never seen in Italy. The original title Beyblade Metal Fight 4D, has been changed to the one currently used for international screenings and is the sixth cartoon of the Beyblade series and the third season of the Metal Saga created by Takafumi Adachi, preceded by Beyblade Metal Fusion and Beyblade Metal Master.

The protagonists of the new series are characters who in their Bey possess a fragment of a star that makes them Legendary Bladers around which the whole story revolves. Nemesis, the god of destruction, in fact, wants to take over the world to dominate it and these heroes will be the only ones able to stop him. The protagonist, Gingka Hagane, and his friends will have to travel around the world in search of the other Legendary Bladers, aware that they are the only ones able to save humanity from its fate. The protagonist of Beyblade Metal Fury is still Gingka, as in the previous series, and Pegasus is his Beyblade. After discovering that he is a Legendary Blader, he sets out in search of the others and begins the new adventure. A pair of large glasses and a hair that does not go unnoticed are two of the characteristics that distinguish, however, Yuki Mizusawa, the young astronomer and scientist, who has also become a Legendary Blader with his Anubis. He too decides to join Gingka and his friends in the search for the other heroes after witnessing the entry of star fragments into the Earth's atmosphere. In fact, this phenomenon causes an explosion with beams of light that hit various parts of the world and various people, including Yuki, who realizes that his bey has become brilliant. Thus he understands that others may have suffered the same fate and begins the search. But it is not the only one. A mysterious young man named Johannes also seeks information on the Legendary Bladers and attacks Yuki to do so. Sending him is Pluto, a faithful servant of the evil god Nemesis, armed with his ruthless Fusion Hades AD145SWD. The story thus begins by enriching itself with other characters. There is, for example, Madoka Amano. Big green eyes, brown hair and a jaunty look, arrives in this new series with a renewed graphics. He is the mechanic of the group and, despite his slender and childlike figure, he knows all the secrets of electronics and motors well. This is why she is ready to give advice to Gingka and her team, often using her PC to discover their strengths and weaknesses. Robust Benkei Hanawa, thick eyebrows and sportswear, he certainly doesn't look like a real hero, yet with his Beyblade Dark Bull H145SD he is always ready to come to the aid of the team. Kyoya Tategami joins the group, after participating in the World Beyblade Championship, with a new Bey, Fang Leone 130WD. Kenta Yumiya, a green-haired boy, also returns with a renewed look and with his Beyblade, Flash Sagittarius.

Already from the first episode the characters of the various characters begin to take shape. Like, for example, during a local Beyblade tournament during which Gingka, despite being the speaker who comments, lets himself go to an unbridled cheering towards his friend Kenta, thus breaking all the rules. But it is from the second episode that the story begins and the meeting between Yuki and the team takes place. In fact, while Yuki is engaged in a battle against Johannes, Gingka and his group spend their time training in battles. Under the gaze of Madoka and Hikaru, Kyoya fights Benkei by defeating him and Gingka collides with Kenta, knocking him out, thanks to his special finishing move. Running away from Johannes, Yuki runs into the team and asks for help just before collapsing to the ground. He is taken to the hospital and here, when he wakes up, he tells the group everything he has discovered. His grandfather had already told him about the Star Fragment and he, intrigued, decided to study it; he had thus witnessed the phenomenon of the explosion and the formation of the ten beams of light, one of which had hit his Bey, Anubius, endowing him with the Star Fragment power. A being called Nemesis, however, was trying to harness this power to take over the Earth. Yuki continues to tell and tells the group that there are other Legendary Bladers around the world and much more powerful, two of which are Gingka and Kyoya. The group is intrigued by the story and decides to believe in Yuki starting this new adventure. But they do not realize that they are being spied on by Johannes who will do everything to hinder their search.

Let the journey begin! On board their boat they reach the island of Zarkan in Indonesia perennially threatened by an active volcano. While the group is looking for the Star Fragment, they meet a little girl named Sarah who plays with her Beyblade. Ayukawa realizes, however, that he is not strong enough and replaces some parts making him able to fly. Sarah happily thanks them and engages in some battles with them. The search continues and Kyoya runs into Ryuga who controls a new beyblade, L-Drago Destructor. They soon realize that he is the fourth Legendary Blader. Here, then, is that the first episodes of the series are divided so as to describe the search for the legendary Bladers. In each of them the characters and peculiarities of each of them are outlined, the various characters and the stories that distinguish them emerge so as to thrill the spectators in their adventures. The first two episodes focus on the story and on the identification of Gingka and Kyoya as the first and second Legendary Blader, while from the third to the sixth episode Yuki and Ryuga reveal themselves as two other Bladers and so up to episode number 29 in which the search is completed with the ninth Blader, Tithi. Before that, however, there are all the others, Aguma, King, Dunamis, and Chris. From here on the clash with Nemesis begins. What to say? Gingka with Pegasus are fighting against Nemesis as the whole world tries to support their hero who is fighting for the fate of all. The evil Nemesis uses his L-Dragon Dark Star Beast in an attempt to defeat Pegasus and the collisions between them are so powerful that they gradually crumble parts of the Earth around them. However, Gingka's strength begins to run out and this is exploited by his opponents to launch lightning on various parts of the world, destroying many buildings, including the WBBA headquarters. All the Dark Star Beasts merge to form a monstrous creature, a kind of mutant Dragon that is preparing to defeat Gingka. But Benkei can't stand by and watch his friend's end and tries to find a way to help him. Thus he discovers that each Bey descends from the original Star Fragment that was used to create Pegasus and L-Dragon and therefore every Bey on Earth contains a Star Fragment, however small it may be. Benkei, delighted with this news, finds a way to rescue Gingka. From the helicopter they are on, Benkei, Zeo, Hikaru and Toby combine their star fragments together with Gingka's. Everyone on Earth notices what is happening and so whoever owns a bey does the same thing by releasing the power of their fragments into the air. Each fragment unites with the others and collides with the Kingdom of Nemesis by destroying the last Dark Star Beast. In this way Pegasus, recovering energy, launches the last attack and Nemesis. Gingka has in fact obtained the power of every bey in the world. This concludes the penultimate episode of the series.
We have truly reached the epilogue of the story from which only one winner will have to come out. Gingka with his Pegasus has regained energy and is fighting hard as he is aware of the fact that the salvation of the world, his family, his friends and the values of justice and freedom he believes in depends on him.

Strengthened by these feelings, Gingka unleashes her latest attack on Nemesis, implementing the final move she had already tried in previous battles. Pegasus manages to pass through Nemesis' chest, creating a hole from which he begins to lose strength. Slowly everything disappears without a trace and the clouds that had obscured the Earth disappear, giving way to the sunlight. All those who have witnessed the fight begin to wonder what the fate of their heroes is, when suddenly Pegasus reappears. together with Gingka who looks very tried. He asks his friends what happened to Nemesis and they tell him that he is gone forever. So Gingka cannot help but think of Ryuga whose sacrifice was not in vain: even his death, in fact, was used to win their war. The whole world is grateful to Gingka for defeating the terrible Nemesis and awards him a gold trophy. But soon his life and that of others return to normal, so much so that he and Kyoya decide to challenge each other in a battle with their beys in the BeyStadium, in the presence of their friends. With the legendary song "3..2..1..Go Shoot!" they prepare to fight and after the last note Pegasus is launched in all his fury. This concludes the Beyblade Metal Fury series.
