Blaze and the mega machines

The animated series of Blaze and the mega machines (Blaze and the Monster Machines in the American original) was conceived by Jeff Borkin and Ellen Martin and made by the Canadian studios of Nerd Corpo entertainment (DHX Studios Vancouver) the same as Kate and Mim-Mim. The cartoon built with CGI computer graphics started with 20 initial episodes, but given the enormous success it continued with another 20 episodes with the second season released on June 15, 2015 and for the third season still in production, starting on 21 June 2016.

It is currently broadcast on Cartoonito every day at 7.20, 12.00 and 18.00

The protagonists are cars Monster trucks (big vehicles characterized by huge wheels) of the city of Alexis City, which talk and interact with the viewers, each of them has a characteristic that makes it look like some animal (dinosaur or tiger) or some profession (cowboy or policeman ).

The didactic aspect of the cartoon is to involve the young viewers in solving the problem, which Blaze and his friends will have to face. So in order to help Blaze they will be asked to count, to identify the largest object, the geometric shapes (circle, triangle, rectangle, etc.) and more, even coming to the explanation of how objects are built and how they are composed for everyday use, such as a hairdryer.

Blaze, the protagonist, is the only machine with surprising features: it can in fact take on the appearance of any motorized object that has the correct design mechanism. Blaze can also count on the company and extreme skill of AJ, its pilot, who is always at his wheel. What binds AJ and Blaze is a deep friendship that allows them to trust each other and resolve every obstacle with complicity and fearlessness. The two friends, however, also need the help of the little viewers who are interactively involved in each episode to solve all the problems that arise. They certainly can't miss the mechanic Gabby, a 9 year old girl with a passion for motors, e Say, Blaze's best friend, who is half mega machine and half triceratops. Blaze

Starla

Crusher

Crusher he is the archenemy of Blaze and AJ, who in every situation never misses an opportunity to put them in difficulty, with some selfish and arrogant attitude. It is characterized by a blue color and is vain and arrogant.

Pickle

Pickle is a green monster truck, right arm of the evil Crusher, but very naive and optimistic. He admires his boss and is willing to follow him everywhere.

Episodes Blaze and the Mega Machines

1. What a mess!

   Blaze and Aj are visiting Clive's bakery, the pastry truck, who shows them the sweetbreading robots that help him in his work. When Blaze and Clive leave the lab to arrange a giant cake, leaving the sweetbread robots unattended, Crusher and Pickle enter. Crusher is hungry and does not want to wait for the sweets to be cooked, but trying to speed up the work of the robots drives them crazy. Now the robots shoot sweet like crazy, and run away running wild for Axel City. Blaze and Aj must recover all 7 robots before they dirty the whole city, while Crusher and Pickle are forced to clean up Clive's laboratory. The first 3 sweet robots are found in Gabby's garage, who manages to turn them off by building, with the help of Blaze, a slingshot with which to throw metal balls. Blaze and Aj find 3 other robots at Darington's track, which wanders blinded by a tart, barricaded behind gigantic mountains of cakes and donuts. Blaze must then transform into a digger truck, to be able to move the piles of sweets, reach the robots and stop them. Meanwhile, Crusher is still cleaning Clive's lab, and even though Pickle is doing all the work, he doesn't stop complaining about fatigue and the sticky remains of sweets. The last robot, the largest, is in the Axel City public park, where he is shooting giant cakes and donuts at the trucks that are picnicking. Blaze manages to dodge all the cakes and turn off the robot, receiving compliments from Clive and all the trucks in town.

2. Bouncing tires!

   Blaze and Aj are in Gabby's garage, who has just received a special delivery: some super-bouncing tires which, when they start to bounce, are impossible to stop. Zeg also arrives at the garage, the dinosaur truck, which is no longer able to move because it has all the tires on the ground. Blaze, Gabby and Aj then go to get some new tires for their friend, but the latter sees the super-bounces and puts them on. Zeg thus begins to bounce throughout Axel City and Blaze is forced to chase him to try to stop him. Blaze and Aj try to stop Zeg's hopping by gluing him to the ground with duct tape, but the trick doesn't work. Zeg ends up bouncing back to the egg factory, where he makes a mess. Only the arrival of Blaze allows you to save a giant egg and solve the situation. Blaze and Aj try again to stop Zeg, this time with some glue, but the friend bounces off without sticking to the ground: the super-bouncing tires seem unstoppable. Zeg hops past a traffic jam involving Pickle and Crusher. When the latter sees the special tires he wants them for himself, and slows Blaze down with some itchy robots. Blaze manages to get rid of it with the help of Starla, while Crusher and Pickle go astray. Zeg is about to bounce over to Clive's bakery, which is churning out a very delicate giant cake. This time Blaze turns into a concrete mixer truck, manages to stop Zeg with cement and take him to Gabby, who supplies him with brand new normal tires. The super-bouncy tires end up in the dustbin instead: they are too dangerous.

3. Tools
   
   Blaze and all other cars need repairs to the various parts of their vehicle.
   For this reason, together with the small pilot AJ, all the mega machines go to Gabby, an expert mechanic who tries to check where the different types of repairs are needed.
   The mechanics decide to explain to the machines what type of repair is needed, illustrating some tools when, suddenly, the rival of Blaze or Crusher together with the trusted Pickle, decide to steal the tool cart from Gabby.
   The mega machines therefore fear that they cannot be repaired and for this reason Blaze and AJ decide to pursue their rival who, after using several bananas to slide them, decides to board a boat to sow the pursuers.
   But even this does not stop Blaze who, after analyzing the parts necessary to build the boat, decides to chase his rival Crusher again.
   This, convinced that he can escape, makes an incorrect maneuver that damages his muffler and therefore is at a disadvantage.
   However, Blaze decides to help him and after having his tools back, decides to go to Gabby who, on Blaze's advice, decides to repair everyone, even Crusher.
   The latter, after being brought back to normal, thanks Blaze through gritted teeth and runs away with his henchman, leaving Blaze and all his friends happy.
