The "La casa di Mickey" program is broadcast from Monday to Friday at 7,25 on Rai Due and was broadcast for the first time on Playhouse Disney and Disney Channel starting from 19 May. The series is aimed at a range of pre-school children, from 2 to 6 years old, as in addition to entertaining the viewer, it will also have an educational and interactive function, a bit like with Little Einsteins.

The cartoon is made entirely in 3d computer graphics and in addition to Mickey mouse, the main character of the series characterized with the same graphic style of his debut, we will find Donald Duck, Minnie, Goofy, Daisy Duck, Clarabella, Cip and Dale, Pico De Paperis, Pietro Gambadilegno, Pluto and many other timeless characters, who have entertained several generations of children. Everything takes place inside Mickey Mouse's house, which has the same shape and is similar to a playground, where we can recognize a hand with the classic white glove, a yellow foot that acts as a garage and a black sphere with two large ears just like Mickey's head. At each episode Mickey and his friends will have to try to solve a problem, using everyday tools, called Strumettopoli where the collaboration of young viewers will also be asked, who will have to call them saying "O Tudols, O Tudols". Once our protagonists have the Strumettopoli, they will have to organize them in a creative and ingenious way to be able to overcome their problem. In doing this they will use notions of mathematics, geometry, science that will allow them to learn numbers, colors, geometric shapes, letters of the alphabet, knowledge of nature and much more. Disney is not new to this type of program and as early as the 50s in "The Mickey Mouse Club" children had to answer the questions of the hosts and formulate the magic word "Tiska, Tuska, Mickey Mouse". The realization of this series also took place thanks to the acquisition of the Pixar studios by Disney, which can now produce itself not only 3D animated feature films, but also small series. Mickey Mouse's house was built on the basis of a careful and accurate study, based on psychological tests that analyzed the tastes and the degree of learning of preschool children. In any case, a fundamental role is played by the character of Mickey Mouse, who with his good dose of optimism and sympathy, reassures the viewers who see him as a real friend and playmate.
