The unexpected duel between cats and cockroaches

We have always been used to seeing cats chasing mice or cats scuffling with dogs. Oggy and the Cockroaches is the new story of a cat, Oggy in fact, who has to fight hard to defend the fridge and its territory from those cursed cockroaches. But often the plot thickens and it happens that cats and cockroaches team up to defeat lurking enemies.
At the base of the French cartoon there is a lot of action expressed in surprising pursuits and daring adventures, surrounded by as many laughter.
The series has no dialogue, the characters have no voice, but express themselves with gestures and concrete actions and the music guides situations and events. To capture the child's attention, in addition to the pressing narration in scenes, are the colors, bright and vivid. The pedagogical value of the cartoon is practically absent but the series was created with the aim of adding hilarity to the life of the little spectator.
The cartoon is aired every day on Frisbee at different times of the day, even in the early evening.

Characters

Let's find out who the protagonists are:

Oggy - He is a fat and calm blue cat with green eyes. The poor cat is besieged by three cockroaches with which he engages in an endless fight to defend his territory. His battle weapon is a flytrap. His hobby is lounging on the sofa watching TV. His girlfriend is Olivia, a beautiful white cat who will later become his wife in one of the episodes. The ceiling of Oggy's house is blue but changes color at sunset to purple and back to blue at night. In the first two, Oggy lives in the same house with Jack, but in later seasons he is alone with the cockroaches. He owns an orange Volkswagen Beetle. Oggy's enemies are not just the cockroaches but often the blue cat has to cope with strange objects, extraterrestrial animals and more that roam his garden.

Jack the cat - Oggy and the damned cockroaches
Jean-Yves Raimbaud / Gaumont and Xilan

Jacks - He's a green cat engaged to Monika. He is Oggy's best friend. Jack is also the target of the three cockroaches and often gets mad at Oggy because he can't get rid of those pesky enemies. Jack thinks he is much better than his friend Oggy in chasing the three insects but, despite Jack's high regard for himself, he too fails ruinously in an attempt to get rid of his enemies. He has a haughty and presumptuous character. He has no car but a light green Monster Truck painted with orange, white, yellow and red flames. Just like his friend Oggy, Jack wears gloves and has a nose that he can detach to make the sound of a horn.

Joey the Cockroach - Oggy and the cursed cockroaches
Jean-Yves Raimbaud / Gaumont and Xilan

Joey - He is a red cockroach, he is the leader of the three cockroaches, he is certainly the shortest of the three but he is also the oldest. Its head is purple, the rest of the body light purple, the eyes are: the right red and the left yellow. He along with two other cockroach friends makes life impossible for Oggy and Jack. He has a strong and charismatic character and woe to make him angry because he becomes a fury despite often showing a tender heart. Due to his love for Lady K, Joey is teased by his crew and this often causes him to lose patience.

DeeDee the cockroach - Oggy and the cursed cockroaches
Jean-Yves Raimbaud / Gaumont and Xilan

Dee Dee - It is a hissing cockroach from Madagascar, it is the fattest of the three cockroaches. His body is dark blue and his head is orange, his eyes are green and his particular sign is: appetite! He prefers sausage over everything and eats large quantities of it. He tries to rebel against Joey but with little success.

Marky the cockroach - Oggy and the damned cockroaches
Jean-Yves Raimbaud / Gaumont and Xilan

Marky - It is a common cockroach, is the tallest of the three cockroaches and has twisted antennae and a mouth larger than the head. It has a gray body, red eyes and a green head. While he's actually the smartest of the three, he doesn't often show it. However, at certain moments it proved to be the key element or the winning weapon of the gang against Oggy. He likes to play the guitar or the drum.

Bob - He is a large bulldog breed dog who cannot stand cats and in fact when he sees Oggy and Jack he mistreats them and chases them. Unfortunately, Bob is also a victim of the three cockroaches. Despite being a big big dog, Bob is afraid of the dark. Bob also has a Beetle.

Olivia - She's Oggy's girlfriend. She is a beautiful white cat with a yellow bow on her head. Olivia loves the three cockroaches and is great friends with Joey. Oggy and Olivia get married in an episode of the series. Olivia's home is elegant with a fuchsia roof and adorned with flowers. His car is yellow and his archenemy is Lady K.
