HAPPY FEET

Happy FeetHappy Feet is the new animated film about penguins that will be released in theaters on December 1st. Directed by director George Miller (who won multiple awards with "Babe the Brave Pig"), the film was produced by Doug Mitchell, George Miller, and Bill Miller, with Zareh Nalbandian, Graham Burke, Dana Golberg, and Bruce Berman executive producers. and distributed by Warner Bros Pictures. At first glance, the film would appear to be the animated version of the documentary film "March of the Penguins" which last year had a great success with the public, but in reality the production began long before and the inspiration from the director is born watching TV documentaries about penguins. Happy FeetThe story has as its protagonist the little penguin Mambo from the moment his parents get together, to move on to the hatching of his egg and his childhood, through adolescence and the experiences he has to find his way into the world. Mambo is part of the great nation of the Emperor Penguins, in remote Antarctica, which, due to the harsh law of their survival, must know how to sing as one day they will be recognized by their companions thanks to this requirement. Unfortunately, the Mambo penguin does not have this important talent, but mother nature has made him a prodigious tap dancer. Norma Jean (Nicole Kidman), Mambo's mother, tries to find some mitigating factor for her son's serious shortcoming, while her father, not very lenient, believes that "dancing is not for penguins".Happy Feet In Mambo's fate is the penguin Gloria (Brittany Murphy), with whom they have known since they were born, but while Mambo is so out of tune that the glaciers collapse, Gloria has the most beautiful singing voice in the penguin community. Mambo's dancing and frenetic gait creates havoc among the penguins, who consider him a different one, to the point that Noah, the elderly leader of the community, drives him out of the village. Luckily Mambo meets a group of penguins of another breed, called Amigos Adelie and led by Ramon (masterfully voiced by Massimo Lopez), who sing and dance songs in Spanish (don't miss the Spanish version of My Way) and appreciate the talent dancer of Mambo, with whom they will revel in sliding along the icy slopes. Arriving in the village of the Penguins Adelie Mambo, in exchange for a few pebbles, he will receive precious advice from the wise penguin Adonis, which will increase his self-esteem and teach him to use the dance for the purpose of survival. Happy FeetMambo in the company of his friends Adeline, will face the thousand dangers of the ice, between ravenous sea lions and impetuous snowstorms, until he reaches his goal, finally ready for his redemption. Despite the very high graphic quality, so much so that there is no distinction between real photos and photorealistic 3D, Happy Feet has its greatest strength in history. The film begins in an almost documentary and didactic way, and then turns into an exciting musical, until it becomes an exciting adventure. The splendid music uses the songs of Prince, Yolanda Adams, Fantasia Barrino, Gia Farrel, Chrissie Hynde, Patti LaBelle, kd Lang, Jason Mraz and Pink.
