someone who has spent years dissecting character design
and the mechanics of 3D animation, I find Booba to be
a particularly interesting subject for coloring. He
is a character defined by texture—specifically,
his long, snowy white fur and his expressive, oversized
features. When you look at these coloring pages, the
first thing you’ll notice is the emphasis on his
large eyes and long beard. These are the "soul"
of the character. To get a professional look, I suggest
starting with the eyes. Booba has vibrant blue pupils

The

around him. If Booba is holding a bright red apple or
standing next to a shiny green robot, use markers to
make those items pop. This contrast between the soft,
textured white of Booba and the hard, colorful surfaces
of his environment is exactly what makes the show's
visual style so effective. It’s a great way to
practice balancing different "material" looks
on a single page.
