Swifty, an arctic fox, dreams of becoming one of the famous Top Dogs, a team of sled dogs that deliver packages for the Artic Blast Delivery Service. In the Arctic everything comes from somewhere else and the delivery service is the hub of the community. Which makes Top Dogs the heroes of the Arctic. In an effort to prove his worth, Swifty secretly puts himself in command of a sled that must deliver a mysterious package to a secret, frozen fortress, where he comes face to face with Dr. Walrus, a plump evil genius walrus walking up. robotic legs, and command a loyal army of bizarrely trained puffins. Swifty stumbles upon Doctor Walrus's evil plan, who wants to create a tunnel to the center of the Earth to melt the polar ice caps, flooding the planet with lava and thus becoming the king of the world. Now Swifty must enlist the help of his friends: PB, an introverted polar bear, Lemmy, a distracted rock and roll albatross, Sal and Weez, two conspiracy theorist otters, and Jade, a hard-as-steel red fox, Swifty has a secret crush on.
