Gordon & Paddy is a 2017 Swedish animated film directed by Linda Hamb ck. The film is an adaptation of the book written by Ulf Nilsson and illustrated by Gitte Spee. The film was selected to be screened in the Generation Kplus section at the 68th Berlin International Film Festival. Gordon & Paddy and the Mystery of Hazelnuts was released in Sweden on December 22, 2017 with the voices of Stellan Skarsg rd, Melinda Kinnaman and Felix Herngren for the Swedish version.

Advancing in age, the frog detective Gordon munches his afternoon cookie and thinks about the time of retirement, the coveted retirement. For many years he kept the peace in the woods, protecting other animals from the feared fox. The fortuitous encounter with Paddy, a shrewd mouse, seems to pave the way for Gordon to retire: she will be his worthy successor! When everything seems settled, two cubs disappear into thin air and the other animals fall into panic: could it have been the feared fox?
