One Piece: Stampede (in the Japanese original Hepburn: Wan Pisu Sutanpido) is a Japanese animated (anime) film on the adventure and fantasy genre, directed by Takashi Otsuka and produced by Toei Animation. It is the fourteenth feature film in the One Piece film series, based on the manga of the same name written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda, and is released on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the anime. Mangaka Oda is involved in the film as a creative supervisor. The animated film had its world premiere at Osaka Station City Cinema in Osaka on August 1, 2019, and subsequently released in Japanese cinemas on August 9, 2019 grossing over $ 28,7 million to date. The release in Italy is scheduled for 24 October 2019 at the cinema.
Monkey D. Luffy and his Straw Hat crew are invited to a massive Pirate Festival, "made by pirates, for pirates", where pirates from around the world, including some of his most famous, come together for a great treasure hunt to find a lost treasure, this time the treasure belonged to none other than Gold Roger.
