Shaun, the Sheep - Farmageddon The Film (also called Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon in the English original) is a 2019 stop motion animation film produced by the British animation studio Aardman Animations. The film traces the hilarious adventures of the protagonist of the television series
Shaun the Sheep
with comic and absurd situations typical of comedy, but in this case in a sci-fi key. Directed by Will Becher and Richard Phelan, in their directorial debuts, it is the stand-alone sequel to Shaun the Sheep 2015 film. The film stars in the original voices by Justin Fletcher, John Sparkes, Kate Harbor and Rich Webber who reprise their roles in the series and the previous film.
In the film, Shaun and the herd encounter a friendly alien with extraordinary powers, who crashes near Mossy Bottom Farm. They must find a way to return home to prevent an alien invasion called Farmageddon. Plans for a sequel began in 2015, following the release of the first film. The film officially began production after Early Man (2018) ended production. It was announced that Richard Starzak will return as a director, however, in November 2018, the film was later announced to be directed by Becher and Phelan. Shaun, Vita da Pecora - Farmageddon The Film will be released on October 18, 2019 in the United Kingdom, while in Italy it will be released in cinemas starting from September 26, 2019.
Strange glows hang over the quiet town of Mossingham and herald the arrival of a mysterious visitor from the farthest galaxy ... but, at nearby Mossy Bottom Farm, Shaun has other things on his mind as his mischievous plans are continually ruined by a Bitzer exasperated. When a mysterious, little extraterrestrial falls with his UFO on Mossy Bottom's farm, Shaun doesn't miss the chance to experience a new, incredible adventure. Together with her old friends, the very nice sheep will set off on an exciting mission to help the strange little creature get home, while a shady government agency will start to follow her ... Shaun will succeed avoid Farmageddon on the farm and get the alien back to his home before it's too late?
