Get ready for the film event of the year that will be released in December and in all likelihood will bust the box office also in Italy, as it has already happened in America. Just think that in the first week of screening, he had already grossed 72 million dollars. We are talking about the new animated film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and Walt Disney Pictures all in 3d graphics, like the previous masterpieces Toy Story and Monsters & Co.
The film tells the story of two clownfish: Marlin and his son Nemo. Marlin is very protective of Nemo as his beloved little fish Carol and his other children have been devoured by a huge fish, so Nemo is the only family member left alive. This over-protection, however, makes the Nemo fish very nervous and limited in his desire to know the marine world. Despite Marlin's careful guard, Nemo ventures into a coral reef, is captured off the Australian coast and ends up in a Sydney dentist's aquarium.
His father is desperate and in the company of Dory, a forgetful little fish who thinks he speaks the language of whales, he will be desperate for Nemo, facing none other than what he had always feared: the ocean. The hilarious adventure will then begin, where our protagonists will meet bizarre, imaginative and poetic characters such as sharks that want to stop eating fish, the giant Crush turtle, the terrible Bruce shark and dangers of all kinds, all accompanied by a soundtrack. written by Thomas Newman, while the ending theme is sung by Robbie Williams. The animation and locations are so realistic that the viewer has the sensation of swimming in the ocean, along with the myriad of fish starring in the film. Each sequence is not just a masterpiece of computer graphics, animation and entertainment, but an ideal film to be looked at together with the whole family, as Merlin's journey represents the experience of every parent towards their children who are starting to grow and want to be independent.
