After the success of the first Tomb Raider, archaeologist Lara Croft returns to the big screen, played once again by the beautiful Angelina Jolie. This time the Tomb Raider adventure is set in Greece, as Lara Croft is in search of the mythological "Pandora's Box" where, according to legend, "the cradle of life", that is the origin of our existence, including the death. Lara Coft found the treasure map inside an ancient tomb found after an earthquake. But the existence of this treasure is also known to the criminal Jonathan Reiss, who, assisted by his guard Chen Lo, will engage in a spectacular fight against Lara Croft, with breathtaking duels and scenes full of action and special effects. Jonathan Reiss is a geneticist expert in bacterial weapons trafficker, so if the jar falls into his hands it would become a danger to all humanity, as he could sell it to some nation that would become superpowered. Unfortunately, the criminals manage to snatch the map from Lara Croft and our heroine asks for help from the British secret service, and in particular from the ex-deserter Terry Sheridan, an old flame. The film is definitely recommended to all fans of the well-known video game and to fans of Angelina Jolie.
