The prophecy of the frogs

The prophecy of the frogs - Ferdinand and familyA new French animated film "The prophecy of the frogs" will be released in cinemas on October 15, which sees the participation in the dubbing of Anna Marchesini as the revolutionary turtle. The cartoon is a hymn to tolerance and peace inspired by the biblical Noah's Ark and Orwell's "Animal Farm". The story and the drawings are very poetic, enjoyable and suitable for an audience of very young people who will certainly draw a good lesson, in seeing how coexistence between different beings is possible, in order to achieve a common goal.
The story tells of a nice family composed of Ferdinand, an old sailor with a long white beard, Juliette the African wife of Ferdinand and Tom their adopted son. The three live in peace and serenity in a small house located on a hill. One day the Lamotte family, their neighboring neighbors living downstream, decide to leave for the African continent in order to capture two crocodiles. Ferdinand and his wife Juliette, as good friends and neighbors decide to take care of their only daughter, The prophecy of the frogs - Tom and LilìLilì a lively red-haired girl, who can play with Tom. On the very evening of the Lamotte's departure, an extraordinary event happens in the animal kingdom. The frogs are the spokesmen of the arrival of a new universal deluge that is about to hit the planet, in fact it will have to rain for forty days and forty nights starting from the next full moon. Tom and Lilì encounter a frog who warns them of the catastrophe and invites them to take steps to deal with the storm. The only one able to do something is Ferdinand the sailor rich in seafaring experience and good feelings, to whom all animals ask desperately for help. Ferdinand as a new Noah, builds an ark in order to save his family and all the animals: lions, elephants, zebras, horses, goats, sheep, tigers, pigs etc ... During the navigation problems arise of coexistence between the various animals, for reasons of food where carnivores such as foxes refuse to eat vegetables. The revolutionary turtle is rising up, inciting the animals to fight against their common enemy, their age-old tyrant: man. Eventually common sense and hope takeThe prophecy of frogs - animals the place of warlike ideas and the animals understand that they must remain united because they all share the same destiny. Among the various animals that stand out we remember the Lion, wise and responsible, who hardly dominates his instinct as a carnivore, the funny couple Roger and Denise, two grumpy elephants, who embody the merits and vices of many elderly couples, with their reciprocal accusations, but with a love that holds them together for life. During navigation, the characteristics of the various characters will also emerge. Tom will prove to be a curious, generous child and a lover of the many aspects of life. Juliette will be sweet and full of optimism, thanks to her African philosophy that will allow her to transform everything into dance and music. Lilì will prove to be a frank and sincere child as a lover of freedom, for this attitude she will initially appear a bit unpleasant, but in reality we understand the great love she has towards all animals and people.
