Leo
Leo is a dreamer, a boy who sees no limits to his creativity and his ability to observe.
To explain his dynamism and his speed in giving substance to his ideas, one would use Manzoni's phrase "... of that securo the lightning held behind the lightning!" Then, like all geniuses, he has some problems with his everyday life.
Leo has only one big dream: TO FLY!
After Botte, his invention for flying, was destroyed by a cannon shot from the Pirates, Leo observes the sky and sees seagulls flying by exploiting the currents. A flicker in his eyes. Grab a rope hanging from what remains of Botte, gather his dolphin friends who grab the rope and, like a kite, make it fly.
The ancient mixes with the modern, the past with the future. Thus was born Leo: black and rebellious hair, green eyes, leather bracelets and sturdy strapped boots. Leo - a sort of modern superhero catapulted into the mid-fifteenth century - has the typical appearance of the boy who knows where he wants to go. But Leo is also a genius, and when a genius has an inspiration he has to put it in black and white, where it is. And this is where the inseparable pen holder placed on the arm comes into play, which together with the leg cuff ensures that he is always ready for any eventuality, at any time. |

Lisa
She is a country girl but with the typical air of someone who does not let anyone put their feet on their heads, nor by the Genius, who dotes on her, much less by the unpleasant son of the gentleman of Vinci.
His dream is to convince Leo that the most difficult dreams to achieve are those related to everyday life "... but why do you have to try to invent a hang glider when it would be enough to take my hand!"
When he manages to anticipate Leo in making an important decision. In the film this happens several times, although Leo has some difficulty admitting it.
Lisa is beautiful! Tawny hair gathered in a long braid that falls in front of her shoulders. Big brown eyes
that express every mood without the need for words. The legs, dressed in two different colors, give it a jaunty air in contrast to its great maturity.
CULT PHRASE: "Leo, you will also be a Genius but ...", said every time Leo flies too high to notice
of others.

Lorenzo
The forest and the countryside have no secrets for Lorenzo. He knows every animal sound and every leaf he finds in his path. He does not feel the slightest envy for Leo, indeed he does not ask for anything better than being his playmate and adventurer.
He has the dream of being able to be hired in Verrocchio's workshop, but not as a cook.
His moment of glory was when, with an ingenious stratagem, he manages to free himself from the prison in which the pirates have locked him up.
The inevitable, chubby childhood friend. Brave (or perhaps reckless?) Enough to accompany Leo on his adventures. The carrot-colored hair and the simple but well-finished clothing give him that athletic country boy look, the ideal playmate for his friend Leo, so taken in his role as a brilliant hero.
CULT PHRASE: While he is fishing, when someone points out that the fish do not bite, Lorenzo replies seriously: "They do not bite because they have just eaten: everyone knows that after eating, fish always wait three hours before taking a bath. ! "

Agnes
Stubborn and stubborn beyond all limits, Agnes never gives up. She lives by means of expedients and there is nothing that makes her give up when she has an idea in mind and a goal she wants to achieve. But she is also a sweet girl and in her own way romantic.
She dreams of having a family of her own, that family she never had.
Her moment of glory was when, after discovering Lisa's secret, which is that if she fails to recover the hidden treasure she will have to marry the son of the gentleman of Vinci, Agnes will do everything to save her friend.
Agnes is a little "scugnizza" from all points of view. Blond hair with a disheveled braid over the head. Tattered clothes that he wears with careless, innate dignity.
CULT PHRASE: When Leo is accused of having wanted to steal the treasure map, she defends herself as follows: "Agnes is alone in the world, Agnes also wanted to have something to tell, a beautiful story of a treasure and new friends, or rather : the first friends. Agnes has never had any friends. Only for this Agnes took the map ... "
When Leo finally convinces himself to bring her to the island too, the girl responds with a sly smile.

Niccolò
He believes everything that is said to him, we can say that there is no one more naive than him. He throws himself headlong into adventures only to discover that reality is not quite as he was
imagined. His dream is to accurately predict the next eclipse.
Niccolò has protruding teeth and a decent boy's face, he wears a hat on his head which is one
reinterpretation of the typical hat of his native country, Poland.
When, after long hours of calculations, he perfectly predicts the eclipse with which he makes all but F ly escape from terror. When Niccolò receives a drawing from Leo as a gift that depicts him in a "Vitruvian" way, he exclaims: "But I don't have four arms, you really draw badly Leo!"

pirates
They are pirates in the true sense of the word and particularly in the way they are dressed. Headdresses, tattoos and belts are "in order" with the type of classic pirate, even if they have very little classic.
These pirates have traveled the world and in their clothes the costumes of the many seas they sailed are mixed. Pointed knives and sharp sabers - inevitable complementary accessories - are often handled with natural
ease. We can really say that, in this case, "the dress makes the pirate!"
The pirates in this film are not quite the classic “Captain Hook” marauders - loose shirts and ostrich feathers - that we are used to seeing in movies. In addition to being bad at the right point, in the story we see them represented in a very human way: leather accessories, tattoos and socks with holes in them. But also aggression and numbness in equal parts.
Their dream is to be able to find the fantastic treasure that is talked about, contained in the hold of the sunken ship
near the island of Montecristo.
The Chief of the Pirates, when he thinks he has captured Leo: “Let's see if the sharks will become more
intelligent after eating a genius ... "
