Phantom Boy - The Animated Film (2015)
Phantom Boy is a 2d graphic animation film created and directed by Jean-Loup Felicioli and Alain Gagnol in 2015, which will be released in cinemas on Thursday 9 March 2017. A fantastic, noir and dreamlike film that deals with important themes, such as that of loneliness of the disease. A leukemic child undergoing treatment at the hospital discovers that he has superpowers: his sick blood allows him to detach himself from his body like a ghost. Whirling around New York, he becomes the right-hand man of a wheelchair-bound cop who hunts down a clown gangster who is blackmailing the city. Second animated film by the authors of A cat in Paris (2010), which pay homage to classic noir and the world of superheroes to rethink childhood, illness and courage. Phantom Boy images
