After the success of the previous one animated film by 2004 Yu-Gi-Oh return to cinema from 10 to 12 March 2017 with the new and exciting Yu-Gi-Oh the dark side of dimensions, an anime in 2d graphics but with spectacular images, directed by Satoshi Kuwabara already expert in this character thanks to the previous Yu Gi Oh! Zexal of 2011 and director of several souls as well Black Jack: Futari no kuroi isha (2005). Yu-Gi-Oh the dark side of dimensions was produced in collaboration between the animation studios Konami, Gallop, Nihon Ad Systems and distributed by Nexo Digital.

The story tells of Yugi Muto and his friends who, in the last year of high school, are deciding what to do in the future. Meanwhile, Seito Kaiba has commissioned excavations to recover the pieces of the Millennium Puzzle, in the hopes of reviving the soul of his rival Atem to increase his score. But the excavations are interrupted by Diva, who challenges Kaiba to Dual Monsters Yugi and Kaiba have already clashed several times in the past. But in this duel they will bring pride and all past experiences into play ...
