The story takes place in the town of Single Town, founded 200 years earlier by a human-like alien, who hides behind the identity of Addison Single. The inhabitants of the country are unaware that in reality, they reside in a place that is the meeting point, between the aliens from the various planets of the galaxies. The protagonists are Cathy, Chris, Sam and Danny, four kids who form the Monster Buster Club (abbreviated to MBC), a secret organization that fights against the invasion of aliens enemies of mankind, which is based inside the harmless Cathy's grandfather's log cabin, called the clubhouse. Their refuge is actually an operational base equipped with the most sophisticated technologies, connected via a dimensional gap to the school lockers, able, among other things, to collect the aliens captured during their adventures. Equipped with a wrist receiver, when alerted for some emergency situation, the Monster Buster Clubs immediately run to dress up in their special suits and set off on a mission aboard their spaceships. Equipped with laser guns and various accessories, the four boys will have to be able to capture the aliens from other galaxies that are hiding among humans, to design some diabolical plan. Aliens hide among normal people and can even take on the appearance of innocent old ladies. It all began when Cathy Smith and her grandfather from the planet Rapsodhia landed in their spaceship in the small town of Single Town. Cathy Smith is a girl apparently about 12, but in reality she is 700. Characterized by blonde hair, blue eyes and pink and green clothing, she has the power to stretch and move objects with the power of thought. In its alien form it is a white and pink creature with tentacles and a long hairy tail. No one knows his true alien identity, but maybe Sam is the only one who has strong suspicions. Her temperament is tender and jovial, she loves to dance and is always ready to convey optimism and good intentions, even if most of the time she is snubbed because she is considered too naive. Chris is a dark-skinned 12-year-old Earth boy with blue clothing, hair and eyes. Chris is the scientist of the group, a computer expert and equipped with a vast arsenal of super-technological gadgets. Sam (Samantha) is a girl of African American origins, characterized by two rounded tails and yellow clothing. With her practical spirit and her brilliant intuitions she is the leader of the group, always ready to come up with some strategic plan, to attack or defend against evil aliens. Danny is a boy characterized by a purple jacket, orange pants, brown hair and a scar on his left eyebrow. He has an enterprising temperament, loves skateboarding and is always ready to play down any difficult situation, with some ironic jokes. The boys live the life common to many of their peers, attending middle school and socializing with their peers.
In the first episode they meet Jenny, a blonde girl who distributes free invitation tickets to a nightclub party. Jenny is actually a fearsome alien with eight tentacles, so the Monster Buster Clubs will engage her in a tough fight inside the classroom. His plan is to take the boys inside his spaceship, which takes the form of a nightclub, to then take off and transport them to his planet. Cathy who took part in the party is also captured and after performing a wild dance among the unsuspecting boys who continue to dance, she joins the Monster Buster Clubs to fight against the aliens, who try to take off. Cathy will use her power to stretch and her strength to defeat both Jenny in her alien version and her monstrous mother, thus saving her friends and all the boys who keep dancing. Later, little John, Chris's younger brother, will arrive and will suck them inside a green capsule, thanks to a particular device. Despite all his good will, Chris is not welcomed to join the Monster Buster Club, due to his young age. In the second episode, while Chris, Cathy and Danny play Frisbee on the lawn, Sam continues to perfect his alien studies with his notebook. The group receives a visit from Elton, Cathy's know-it-all and obnoxious cousin, whom she doesn't want to see. In fact, Elton possesses the power of mind reading and uses this ability to make people very embarrassed, as when he reveals to the group that the vain Danny, still sleeps hugging his purple teddy bear. One day an alien robot arrives in the school, with the aim of kidnapping Elton to take possession of his mental power, but the four MBCs immediately jump into action and try to stop him, throwing everything they find at him.
This does not have the desired effect and it is the robot who puts them in serious trouble, throwing back the classroom benches and chairs. Monster Buster Clubs cannot use weapons, as they risk hitting Elton, still in the robot's pincers. Meanwhile, Cathy in the school corridor distracts her classmates with music and dancing in order not to let them enter the classroom. Thanks to a synchronized shot by Danny, the robot suffers a severe blow inside a vulnerable area, which causes the black out of its circuits. When the classmates enter the classroom, the monster has already been sucked and encapsulated, by the devices of the Monster Buster Clubs. The robots do not give up and arrive at the clubhouse shelter to kidnap Elton, while he is in the company of Sam. The four boys do not give up and come to the robot shelter, which is located in an old factory, where they confront them with their laser guns, while holding Elton hostage. Using his power, Elton suggests the way to act to his cousin Cathy, who takes everyone by surprise and starts the shooting, until she manages to capture the monsters, with their special guns. However, their weapons are ineffective against the robot commander, who holds Elton hostage, in the grips of his gripper. Danny, thinking back to the blow already experienced at school, decides to sacrifice his beloved purple bear, to throw it between the gears of the robot and cause it to black out. His move is successful and even the tough PincerBots is finally captured.
