Nickelodeon's beloved family of 13 turns out to be lucky during the summer vacation in movie A house of the Loud - the movie, premiered on Netflix on August 20. The trailer just released shows us what the ignoble nobility does when they discover that Lincoln is the heir to the Scottish duchy of “Loch Loud”. Of course, it would be foolish to go on a castle adventure without involving a vengeful witch, a tender dragon, and a real auld lang syne infestation.
From Nickelodeon A house of the Loud - the movie, the largest family on television sets off for the biggest Loud family vacation ever! The adventure follows the Loud family to Scotland, where they discover they are descendants of Scottish royalty. The family quickly indulges in the most fulfilling social life ever when they discover that their ancestral home is a castle.
The film is directed by Dave Needham (head of story, Smallfoot; storyboards, The chief treasure) from a screenplay by Kevin Sullivan (Sanjay and Craig, Bravest warriors) to noisy house series writer Chris Viscardi (The Fairly Oddparents; co-creator, Danny Phantom), produced by Nickelodeon Animation.
David Tennant and Michelle Gomez (Morag) bring an extra Scottish twist to the vocal cast, which includes Asher Bishop (Lincoln), Gray Griffin (Lola / Lana / Lily), Jill Talley (mom), Brian Stepanek (dad), Jessica DiCicco (Lynn / Lucy), Liliana Mumy (Leni), Cristina Pucelli (Luan), Nika Futterman (Luna), Lara Jill Miller (Lisa), Andre Robinson (Clyde McBride), Cat Taber (Lori), Katy Townsend (Lucille), Carlos PenaVega (Bobby Santiago) and Izabella Alvarez (Ronnie Anne Santiago).
