Yogi's treasure hunt (Yogi's Treasure Hunt) is an American animated TV series and the fifth installment of the Yogi Bear series produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions, featuring the Yogi Bear and various other Hanna-Barbera characters. The animated series debuted in late 1985 as part of The Funtastic World of Hanna-Barbera and it was the last series of Daws Butler's Hanna-Barbera, playing the voice of Yogi and his many other characters before his death in 1988. The main title of the song show was performed by Jon Bauman of Sha Na Na.

History

The series tells the adventures of the Yogi bear and his friends, hunting for treasure all over the world, under the guidance of Top Cat who directs the operations from a monitor. The group of Hanna and Barbera characters made up of Yoghi, Bubu, Rager Smith, Svicolone, Braccobaldo, Ernesto Sparalesto, Snooper and Blabber, Tatino and Tatone, travels aboard their flying ship, the SS Jelly Roger in search of treasure. Their antagonists are Dick Dastardly and Muttley who, aboard their ship SS Dirty Tricks, try to beat Yogi to get first to get their hands on the precious treasure, engaging with their usual dirty illicit tricks.
