The next day, Akebi takes a tour of the school with Kojou.

They take shelter from the rain in a shed, where Akebi finds a book in Kojou's blazer. Kojou tells her it was for her literature club and asks her to read it for her. As Akebi reads, Kojou falls asleep on her shoulder. Kojou wakes up on Akebi's lap and, as they walk back, expresses his gratitude to Akebi for reading her. The next day, Tanigawa reveals that he has chosen the photography club and Akebi has chosen the acting club.

Tanigawa asks Akebi to be his model for the brochure of his photography club he is working on. Tanigawa explains that she wants to portray Akebi in her "natural state". As they wander around the school, Tanigawa photographs her friends at their respective club activities. They arrive at an unoccupied facility, where Tanigawa asks Akebi to pose. However, she ultimately makes Akebi uncomfortable when he gets too close to her. As they walk back, a stray baseball almost hits them. After the bath, Kao upsets Akebi when he shows Kizaki embarrassing videos of her. Yuwa takes them all to Kizaki's house, where Kizaki yells Akebi's name as they leave, telling her to call her by her name too. Back home, Akebi gleefully watches the videos of that day in bed.

Oshizu Hebimori, another girl from Akebi's class, hears some girls playing with an electric guitar. While reading from a music magazine, Akebi finds her. When Akebi asks her if she can play instruments, she lies and says she can play guitar, prompting Akebi to ask her to play for her sometime. When she arrives in her dormitory, Hebimori plucks a few strings on her father's guitar and begins learning to play on her own. However, some time later, she Hebimori reveals to her roommate Mai Togano that she has trouble teaching herself to play and keep up with school. Togano encourages Hebimori, telling her to start small, as she did when she was learning to play basketball. She continues to practice until she one morning she finally asks Akebi to follow her into her music room. Before she can play, however, they hear Kizaki play beautifully on the piano. Feeling inadequate, she Hebimori reveals to Akebi that she can't play, but Akebi prevents her from leaving, telling her that she still wants to hear. Hebimori plays and sings the song she practiced beautifully, delighting Akebi, who gives her a standing ovation. Back in her room, she Hebimori continues to practice, explaining to Togano that she plans to give Akebi an even better performance next time.
