Apple TV + Releases "Doug Unplugs" Trailer

Apple TV + released the official trailer for Doug unplugs, a new animated preschool series from DreamWorks Animation, based on Dan Yaccarino based on the popular series of books Doug Unplugs . The series will premiere worldwide with the first seven episodes on Friday, November 13 on Apple TV +.

Doug Unplugs tells the story of a young robot named Doug who feels there is more to life than facts. As other robots log in for their daily download, Doug disconnects and travels to the human world with his best friend Emma to experience its wonders firsthand.

The series is produced by Jim nolan (Esme & Roy), Aliki Theofilopoulos (Phineas and Ferb, Hercules) and author Yaccarino, whose numerous credits include the popular series Willa's Wild Life, Mr. Pig and Mr. Duck e Oswald.

The voice cast includes Brandon James Cienfuegos (Beautiful boy, Grey's Anatomy) like Doug, Kyrie McAlpin (Birdie, Star Trek: Short Treks) like Emma, Eric Bauza (The adventures of the puss in boots, Cartoons Looney Tunes, The Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) like Bob Bot and Mae Whitman (The perks of Being a Wallflower) like Becky Bot.

Apple TV + hosts new and award-winning originals from some of today's most trusted franchises in children's and family programming, including the Daytime Emmy Award winner Ghost from Sesame Workshop; new exclusive series of Peanuts like Snoopy in space; series coming soon Fraggle Rock e Harriet the Spy, based on the beloved classics of The Jim Henson Company; and a newly developed original series that will be based on Maurice Sendak's stories and illustrations.
