Synopsis
Betty Boop fights to promote her grandfather Grampy's nomination for mayor. His electoral campaign works and Grampy wins by one vote (despite the town's newspaper saying it has received an avalanche of votes). However, he later discovers that the work isn't as glamorous as he thought. Many people ask him to urgently solve their problems. So Grampy being also a brilliant inventor, he helps the citizens to solve some of the problems of the city, such as the construction of a free bridge over the river, the creation of an automatic draft beer kiosk, a quick way to renovate old houses etc. , and the locals love it.
