“Butthole Biscuits” the animated series for adults by Ferly and Wild Child

International animation studio Ferly and Scottish studio Wild Child Animation have signed a co-development agreement for the new animated comedy series for adults entitled, Butthole Biscuits. The project will be part of Wild Child's Creative Scotland Development Slate Fund.

The series is a pure and simple look at society through the eyes of the broken and unwanted cookies left at the bottom of the cookie barrel. Rejected by the tea time society, barely fit for dunking, they can sit back and get stale.

The co-development agreement will see the studios work on a pilot script for a long-running series, brand expansion concepts and licensing opportunities. Further announcements will be made this year, including the writing team, which will include top UK comic talent.
