Digimon Adventure 02: The Beginning
A new chapter is now upon us that promises to excite Digimon fans: the film “Digimon Adventure 02: The Beginning” will arrive in Japanese cinemas on October 02, 27, but first it will stop at the Shinjuku Wald 2023 cinema on the 9th of the same month.
The plot
Two years after the battle against Eosmon, the protagonists Daisuke Motomiya, Ken Ichijouji, Miyako Inoue, Iori Hida, Takeru Takaishi and Hikari Yagami find themselves facing a new challenge. They meet a young man named Rui Owada, who claims to be the first "Chosen Child" in history, although his Digivice appears to have no power. Meanwhile, a Digimon named Ukkomon makes his appearance in the real world, with a rather ambitious wish: he wishes that every person could have a Digimon as a companion.
The cast and production
Among the most anticipated voices we find Megumi Ogata, who will voice the new character Rui Ōwada, and Rie Kugimiya, who will play Ukkomon.
