Sebastian Vettel will be the Italian voice of “Vettel”, the on-board computer and digital assistant whose job is to always give the right indications to Cruz Ramirez, the young “Tutor” chosen to train Lightning McQueen.
Vettel's voice will be present not only in the Italian version of Cars 3 but also in the German one, where he will have the name of "Sebastian", while the English and Spanish versions of the film see two other big names in Formula 1 involved in the same role. : Lewis Hamilton will be “Hamilton” and Fernando Alonso will be “Fernando”.

During a race, Lightning makes a big misstep that culminates in a dramatic accident. To get back in shape, number 95 turns to Cruz Ramirez: tech-savvy coach in the brand new Rust-eze Racing Center. Her training style is enthusiastic and purposeful and she's not afraid to show some firmness.

Lightning McQueen's old friends are back on the big screen: award-winning actress Sabrina Ferilli once again lends her voice to Sally, the biggest fan of number 95; the popular actor Marco Messeri is the irresistible Mater; the well-known comedian and stand-up comedian Marco Della Noce returns to interpret the likeable Luigi; while the famous actor Ugo Pagliai is Doc Hudson, Saetta's wise mentor. The commentary of the adrenaline-fueled races is entrusted to the expert actor and voice actor Pino Insegno and his Chick Hicks, previously antagonist of the number 95, and to two sports journalism professionals such as Gianfranco Mazzoni and Ivan Capelli, who return to give voice to the commentators Bob Cutlass and Darrel Cartrip. The Cars franchise is enriched, in this third chapter, with new characters and new performers: the popular artist J-Ax is the energetic speaker of "Crazy 8", the demolition derby where Lightning will have to deal with the scary Miss Fritter , a legendary school bus with the unmistakable voice of rapper and radio host La Pina.
