"What I love about animation is that it's possible for a successful series to take a break and then come back years later, even on a different platform, and pick up right where it left off. Futurama is one of them. The excitement for the return of Matt and David's genius creation with new episodes has been incredible. I am thrilled that this amazing team can tell more stories and that our Planet Express crew can experience more adventures together. It's a win for fans who have loved the series from the start and for those who are discovering it for the first time”Said Marci Proietto, Head of 20th Television Animation.
