In Search of the Enchanted Valley 6 - The Secret of Saurus Rock is a musical animation and adventure film. The film was released for home video in 1998 and is the sixth in the "In Search of the Enchanted Valley" series, the second film to be produced and directed by Charles Grosvenor. The animation was made by the AKOM studios, located in South Korea and represents the latest film in the series made entirely with the traditional animation technique.
The story tells of when one night, the little foot's grandfather (the young purple Apatosaurus), tells the little dinosaurs the legend of the "Lonely Dinosaur", a legendary long-necked dinosaur that protected the Enchanted Valley from the most ferocious "Toothstock" ever , a terrible Allosaurus. The lonely Dinosaur after a violent clash, managed to defeat "Dentiaguzzi", but during the fight, he was scarred on his right eye. Shortly after the battle, a huge earthquake caused a giant rock to emerge from the mountain that resembled the shape of "Tooth-tooth", so the dinosaurs of the valley called that rock "Saurus Rock". Legend has it that if by chance someone had damaged that rock, a great curse would have fallen on the entire Enchanted Valley.
The next day, while the little dinosaurs play carefree, Little Foot accidentally falls off the cliff, but fortunately is saved by a mysterious long-necked dinosaur (Diplodocus) named Doc. Little Foot notices right away that Doc's right eye has a deep scar. , therefore he believes he was saved by the legendary "Lonely Dinosaur" from his grandfather's tales.
Piedino tells the story to Dinah and Dana Tricky's granddaughters, who are intrigued and head to "Saurus Rock". The following day Tricky notices the disappearance of the little twins, therefore she goes with the other dinosaurs to Saurus Rock to look for them.
When Little Foot and his friends finally reach Saurus Rock, they see Dinah and Dana on top. As they climb up to save them, Dinah and Dana fall from the top and land on one of the stone teeth of the rock, on which Tricky is standing, which breaks on impact. Dinah and Dana begin to cry, but Tricky consoles them by not blaming her for what happened, because she accuses Little Foot for having told the story of her encounter with the lonely dinosaur. Dana and Dinah defend Little Foot, because it was Tricky who told her about what happened to the Gurgling Goo. Suddenly, the group is joined by a terrifying Allosaurus. The young cross a gorge by means of a suspended log, but when the Dentiaguzzi tries to follow them, the log breaks under its weight and makes it fall. When the young dinosaurs return to their home, they are scolded by Tricky's father. That night, Little Foot dreams of breaking a tooth of the Saurus Rock and causing it to collapse completely.
