Amazon Prime Video today released a trailer for RIt's the next hour-long animated series Invincible, as part of Kirkman's appearance at New York Comic Con's Metaverse, which is now available to stream on NYCC's official YouTube channel. The eight-hour-long episode series will premiere in over 240 countries and territories in 2021.

The trailer gave fans a sneak peek into what they can expect from Kirkman's television adaptation of his iconic comic, including fan-favorite characters, high-flying action, and everything audiences expect from the comic book film.  Invincible.

Synopsis: Based on the Skybound comic of the Image by Kirkman, Cory Walker and Ryan Ottley, Invincible is an animated superhero series for adults that revolves around XNUMX-year-old Mark Grayson, who would be like any other boy his age, except his father is Omni-Man, the most powerful superhero on the planet. But as Mark discovers his powers, he discovers that his father's legacy may not be as heroic as it seems.

Invincible is produced by Skybound and Kirkman, Simon Racioppa, David Alpert (The Walking Dead, Fear the Walking DeadCatherine WinderThe Angry Birds movie, Star Wars: The Clone Wars) under the supervision of directors Justin Allen and Chris Copeland (Avengers Assemble, Ultimate Spider-Man), and Linda Lamontagne as casting director.

Invincible, Kirkman's second longest running comic series, ended in February 2018 after running for 15 years.
