Krypto was born in 1955 as a character in the DC Comics Superboy comic and has now finally become a cartoon. Our four-legged superhero was traveling on a rocket built by the father of Supermanwhen a malfunction has occurred. Landed on Earth, Krypto finds an adventure companion in Kevin Whitney, a boy in turn looking for a friend. Equipped with extraordinary superpowers, Krypto teams up with Kevin to fight the evil forces that threaten the inhabitants and animals of Metropolis. Chasing your own tail at great speed transforms Krypto from a normal dog into a Superdog that can fly, has super strength, super hearing and X-ray vision. Like all other superheroes, Krypto cannot save. the world alone. In fact, he is joined by a team of animals that fight crime: Squeaky, the spoiled cat next door and hero against the will; Batman's dog, who has a fitted belt that can stand up to comparison with that of his famous master and The Dog Star Patrol, a team of intergalactic dogs who come from all corners of space to protect the universe ... From 12 September a new Warner Bros series starts on Boomerang: KRYPTO THE SUPERDOG, a cartoon that sees Superman's dog in the lead role for the first time.
