MARVEL'S MIDNIGHT SUNS Receives Gameplay Trailer
When midnight suns of Marvel unveiled last week at Gamescom, developer Firaxis promised to share the tactical RPG gameplay the following week. As expected, the game trailer premiered today during an IGN live stream, showing the combat system and characters that will appear in midnight suns. You can watch it below.
Firaxis has also provided IGN with a detailed gameplay guide, offering a brief summary of the story, including details on the Hunter, a brand new Marvel character that players can customize to their liking. The video delves into the types of relationships you can build with established heroes and the game's unique combat system.
Confirming what Firaxis said in the interviews, the video shows that the gameplay in midnight suns it is distinct from what it is in XCOM, the acclaimed set of tactics Firaxis is best known for. Will these differences be for better or for worse? We will have to decide for ourselves when Marvel's Midnight Suns will launch on PC and all major consoles (including Nintendo Switch) in March.
