The Italian cartoon “MeteoHeroes - Together for the Earth” becomes a video game for children and families. In fact, today Sony Interactive Entertainment España and Mondo TV Studios announce the launch worldwide for PlayStation and PC on the STEAM platform. The project is inspired by the famous animated TV series "MeteoHeroes", co-produced in Italy by Mondo TV SpA and MeteoExpert - IconaClima: the videogame, which children of all ages can play (PEGI 3), is already available on PlayStation Store (priced at € 19,99), while the physical version will hit stores in the fall. The popular TV series, broadcast from July 2020 on Cartoonito (DTT channel 46), promotes important values ​​such as respect for the environment and nature and the fight against pollution and climate change.

The video game "MeteoHeroes - Together for the Earth" allows children to join the adventures of six cute characters from the popular cartoon in a fun platform game that combines adventure and action: a perfect formula for the whole family, with numerous enemies to defeat. and exciting adventures to be experienced in different scenarios spread over six continents. At each level, players will have to find hidden objects that will help them clear the cities of pollution. Sales of the video game will be linked to the planting of trees in different areas of the world (starting from Cameroon, for the Cocoa Farmer Agroforestry solidarity project) through the non-profit organization Tree-Nation, which allows citizens and companies to plant trees all over the world. the world and offset CO2 emissions.

The game is a co-production between Sony Interactive Entertainment España and Mondo TV Studios, in collaboration with Gammera Nest (creators of "Nubla" and "Aces of the Multiverse"), which in turn is responsible for coordinating the development at rBorn Games. , authors of "The Five Covens". It also boasts the support of PlayStation Talents through the PlayStation Alliances area, the company's program that promotes video game development in Spain. It will be available in six languages: Italian, Spanish, English, French, German, Portuguese. The launch of the game follows the great success of the first season of the animated series "MeteoHeroes - Together for the Earth", visible today in over 140 countries and available in more than 20 languages, which from next April will be followed by the second season ( 52 episodes of 13 minutes each) in First Absolute Tv on Cartoonito. Furthermore, from March 7, fans of the show will be able to follow "The Pills of MeteoHeroes", a mini-column dedicated to the secrets of the main meteorological phenomena and many curiosities about the climate, broadcast on the channel and also available on the Cartoonito App.
