"The Bizarre Adventures of JoJo STONE OCEAN" arrives in an exclusive preview on Netflix

Next season in one of the most successful anime, The bizarre adventures of JoJo STONE OCEAN will premiere worldwide and exclusively on Netflix in December 2021. Based on the original manga by Hirohiko Araki and featuring character designs by Masanori Shino and music by Yugo Kanno, the series is produced by David Production under chief director Kenichi Suzuki.

Synopsis: Florida, USA, 2011 - After an accident while traveling with his girlfriend, Jolyne Cujoh falls into a trap and is sentenced to fifteen years in the Green Dolphin Street Prison, aka “The Aquarium”. On the verge of despair, she receives a pendant from her father that awakens a mysterious power within her.

"There are things in this world that are more terrifying than death, and what's going on in this prison is definitely one of them."

A message from a mysterious boy appearing before Jolyne, inexplicable events that happen one after another, the horrible truth told by her father when he comes to visit her and the name GOD ... Eventually Jolyne will be freed from this ocean of stone what to call a prison? The final battle begins to end the fateful centuries-old clashes between the Joestar family and DIO!

Japanese characters and cast:

• Jolyne Cujoh (Fairouz Ai) - Jotaro Kujo's daughter. She is sent to the Green Dolphin Street maximum security prison for a crime she did not commit. Her Joestar lineage imbued her with a strong will and tough spirit that she matches with her flexible sensibility.
• Ermes Costello (Mutsumi Tamura) - A fellow prisoner. This is not his first time behind bars. Cheerful and compassionate, she gives advice on life in prison to the uninitiated Jolyne.
• F. (Mariya Ise) - A mysterious inmate meets Jolyne inside the prison.
• Emporio Alnino (Atsumi Tanezaki) - A mysterious boy wearing a baseball cap. For some reason he is able to move freely in the prison despite the tight security. He takes a cooperative stance towards Jolyne, but his goals and identity remain unclear.
• Weather forecast (Yuichiro Umehara) - A mysterious person who lives in a secret room inside the prison. He is taciturn and expressionless, but he is also cold and possesses excellent judgment and insight.
• Narcissus Anastasia (Daisuke Namikawa) - A mysterious person who stays in the secret room with Weather.
• Jotaro Kujo (Daisuke Ono) - Jolyne's father. He comes to rescue Jolyne, who has been imprisoned on false charges. He is divorced from his wife (Jolyne's mother) and it has been several years since he and Jolyne last met.
