The December issue of Shogakukan's Flowers magazine revealed that Moto Hagio's Poe no Ichizoku (The Poe Clan) manga will have a new series in 2022.

Shogakukan will release the second and final volume of Poe no Ichizoku: Himitsu no Hanazono (The Poe Clan: The Secret Garden), the latest manga arc, on November 10. The manga launched in May 2019 and at the end of the first chapter announced a hiatus for the manga. The manga resumed in June 2020. Shogakukan released the first volume of the manga in November 2020.

Hagio launched the Poe no Ichizoku Unicorn series in Monthly Flowers in May 2018, but went on hiatus in July 2018 and returned in March 2019. The manga ended its run with the fourth chapter in May 2019 and the only volume completed it was sent in July 2019..

The original manga The Poe Clan is a fantasy series that describes several tales revolving around a young vampire named Edgar who lived for over 200 years.
