My Hero One's Justice 2 video game adds Shinso Hitoshi's character

My Hero One's Justice 2, the fighting game based on the My Hero Academia series, will add the character of Hitoshi Shinso to the playable roster. Shinso, a recurring character in both the manga and its anime adaptation, would be the first character in the game's second Season Pass.

Bandai Namco has not yet shared any trailers or graphics of the game that featured him. However, given the nature of My Hero One's Justice 2, Shinso will likely look the same as the anime's fifth season.

Hitoshi Shinso first appeared in My Hero Academia as part of the sports festival's UA Plot series. Shinso was a student enrolled in the UA High School General Education Course. Although the AA is best known for its Hero course, which teaches students how to become professional heroes, it also supports a general education path for more "normal" students, as well as those who have not qualified for the Hero path.

Shinso possesses a strange power called brainwashing, which allows him to take control of an opponent's mind as long as he responds verbally. During the Sports Festival storyline, he used this skill to great effect, causing his opponents to respond, then ordering them to forfeit the match.

Shinso appears later in the story of My Hero Academia as a candidate for transfer over the hero course and participates in joint training between classes 1-A and 1-B. He gets some new equipment, including a fabric-like binding weapon modeled after the one used by the 1-A Eraser Head teacher, as well as a special mask. The mask allows him to manipulate and project his voice, allowing him to trick his opponents into responding even if they are aware of his strangeness.

My Hero One's Justice 2 is out now on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Switch. The previous Season Pass DLC added characters like the villains Gentle and La Brava.
