Tit teams up with Magic Machine for NFT-based series "The Wizard Cult of the Forgotten Runes"

Magic Machine, a Los Angeles and Austin-based creative studio dedicated to imagining and developing digital native content on the Ethereum blockchain, is partnering with Titmouse, the award-winning animation production company known for acclaimed adult animation between which Big mouth, The Venture Bros. e Midnight gospel. The companies will develop and produce for television Cult of the wizard of forgotten runes, an NFT universe made up of over 10.000 unique wizards, each with their own story influenced by the same exclusive owners of NFT. It is one of the first NFT Endemic IPs to be developed for the small screen to embody the blockchain doctrine, providing holders with decentralized ownership of their characters.

“There are few things I appreciate in this world more than Wizards and Cults. When the guys from Magic Machine called me to develop an animated show based on Wizard's Cult, I was all-in, "said Chris Prynoski, president and founder of Titmouse." I love that they used their big, old wrinkled brain to conjure up stories first and then connect tough, pixelated art to their immense universe of characters. We'll make shitty banana cartoons together. Those Wizard owners won't know what hit them.

“During the making of this NFT project, we realized early on that a collection of 10.000 characters can be a narrative vehicle in its own right. Our intention was to add as much knowledge as possible to these characters, with the collection strongly suggesting an underlying world. When the collection sold out, our owners immediately started creating their own stories and artwork with the characters, and the world of forgotten runes burst into life. We are building a collaborative legendarium and, thanks to blockchain technology, our Wizard owners can truly own these characters and thus become them. It's an RPG on a whole new level of authenticity and intimacy. Our goals now are to increase and strengthen these emotional bonds by inserting these characters into as many media expressions as possible, being the animated series we are very excited about. Chris and his studio were at the top of our partner list and we can't wait to get started, "said @ElfJTrul and @Dotta, co-creators of Forgotten Runes.

Magic Machine is creating a brand new model that flips legacy media / IP ownership by granting commercial rights to Wizard holders and tying Wizards' appearances in a show to actual holders. Within a short time of its inception, the Forgotten Runes community has become one of the busiest and most creative in the NFT space with art, poetry and animations created daily by fans and owners. Where other brands allow consumers to be fans of the work, the owners of Forgotten Runes NFT personally identify themselves as their wizards.

The founders are a mix of storytellers committed to the fantasy genre who are also highly sophisticated artists and programmers.

Prynoski, @ElfJTrul and @Dotta will be executive producers of the series, with the owners of Wizard taking a role in the evolution of the chosen stories that will be produced.
