Winners of the International Emmy Kids Awards announced

The International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences today announced the winners of the International Emmy Kids Awards. The announcement was made during an online presentation on the Academy website during the MIPJunior.

"Children's programming has a direct impact on how children perceive themselves, their peers and the world at large, so we in the television community have a special responsibility," said Bruce Paisner, president and CEO of the International Academy. "We congratulate the teams behind these winning programs for making a great television that entertains and raises awareness of sensitive issues."

Children: Entertainment
Shaun the Sheep: Adventures from Mossy Bottom - Season 6 (Aardman | United Kingdom) Shaun the Sheep: Adventures from Mossy Bottom showcases new adventures, contemporary themes, and an eco-farm for our favorite flock with solar panels, wind turbines and electric vehicles, plus the same farcical humor that Shaun is so famous for.

Children: reality and entertainment
