Mondo TV Kids: a cartoon channel for Samsung TV Plus users
MONDO TV KIDS: the new animation channel for children arrives. From Thursday 29 October 2020, TV series and cartoons for Samsung TV Plus users in Italy.
A new TV channel entirely dedicated to children arrives in Italy. It is “Mondo TV Kids” and is the new initiative of the Mondo TV group, leader in Italy and Europe in the production and distribution of television series and animated films for TV and cinema. Starting from Thursday 29 October, it will be the first kids channel on the Samsung TV Plus video platform, which distributes over 250 thematic TV channels for free on all smart TVs produced by the Korean company since 2016. To date, this service is available in Italy and other European countries, as well as the USA and South Korea. “Mondo TV Kids”, which will occupy channel 4301 of the platform, is intended for boys and girls from preschool age. It will broadcast classic animated, action and adventure series 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in both 2D and 3D formats. To watch this channel on Samsung TV Plus, no downloads, additional devices or credit cards are required, but all you need is a Samsung smart TV connected to the Internet. The platform will also be available on Samsung's smartphones and “mobile” devices in the next year.
In the “Mondo TV Kids” schedule there will be the Mondo TV historical series inspired by the great classics, including Cinderella, The Legend of Zorro, The Jungle Book and Pochaontas. There will also be the adrenaline-fueled “action adventure” TV series, such as the Drakers, Atomicron and Virus Attack. There will also be “tv movies”, biographical films of important historical figures, including Christopher Columbus, Karol Wojtyla and Mother Teresa. Among the preschool series, the very famous Laura's Star and the Big Book of Nature will be broadcast, while among the productions that recently debuted on TV there will be Sissi The Young Empress and Invention Story. This latest series, already launched on the Frisbee channel, will also be the protagonist of the "English corner": it is an original daily column for children (30 minutes a day, broadcast around 15:30) dedicated to learning of the English language in an easy and fun way, which will broadcast the same episodes first in Italian and immediately after in English.
