The official video trailer for the animated film Ponyo on the Cliff by Oscar-winning director Hayao Miyazaki. The story tells of Sosuke, a child who lives with his mother on a cliff and enjoys collecting all the curious objects that are transported to the shore. One day he finds a strange red fish, with human features, prisoner of a jar of jam. A deep friendship is born between Sosuke and the little fish he will call Ponyo. Daughter of the alchemist wizard Fujimoto, Ponyo is forced to return to her home at the bottom of the ocean. Ponyo will become attached to Sosuke to the point of wanting to become a child with two legs and two arms, but this infuriates the sorcerer who will unleash all the fury of the sea on the village.
