The new comedy series that stars two inseparable friends, Apple and Onion, arrives on the Boing channel, ready to live in a metropolis for the first time. From 10 June, Monday to Friday, at 9.35am on Boing

First TV Free arrives exclusively on Boing (DTT channel 40) APPLE & ONION, the new comedy series created by George Gendi, illustrator since 2009 of the cult show The Extraordinary World of Gumball. The appointment is from 10 June, from Monday to Friday, at 9.35am, as part of the Crazy Week of the canal, to happily celebrate the end of schools and the beginning of the summer holidays. The show follows the adventures of Apple and Onion, two inseparable friends who decide to leave the countryside to move to the city, attracted by the exciting atmosphere of the metropolis. Once they arrive at their destination, however, everything is new, unknown and unfamiliar for the two friendly protagonists. Big city life is hectic, confusing and full of misadventures! In a short time, Apple and Onion will find themselves facing a series of daily challenges, typical of modern life, which they will always be able to face with enthusiasm and optimism. Thanks to their irrepressible joy, they will soon be surrounded by new friends, extravagant 'food-people' such as Felafel, Madame Torta, Mamma Pizza, Pancake, Lemon Drop, Hot Dog and many more.

With them they will live experiences of all kinds, always full of fun. Their new life will amaze them and soon everything will look different in their eyes. Apple is impulsive, emotional, always looking for a new adventure in which to pour its inexhaustible energy. Even when his plans don't quite go right, the rosy outlook on life never leaves him. Onion, on the other hand, is sensitive, introverted and often insecure. But behind his armor lies an extravagant and brilliant imagination. Apple is the first to realize this and does everything to bring out this aspect of his friend. Onion, in turn, even though he does not often understand his plans, never manages to say no to his best friend whom he supports in all respects!

The two characters are therefore complementary and, together, represent the diversity that we can find in people and in the world around us.
