The series created by Toei Animation consists of 44 episodes each lasting 22 minutes.

Long live Palm Town

The cartoon tells the adventures of the bunny Patty Rabbit, who moved to the modern city of Palm Town at the home of her uncles Jane and George, after spending her childhood in the town of Maple Town. Despite her longing for her family, Patty is full of enthusiasm to see the shining coastal town after the boat trip. The uncles work as doctors in the "Pika Clinic" hospital and Uncle George cooks delicious fried ice cream. Patty on her arrival has the unfortunate mishap of having her suitcase stolen from her car by two clumsy cats. Inside was the pullover given to him by Anna, which Patty was very fond of. Patty goes to the police to report the theft, but along the way she meets the two thieves wearing her sweater as they try to kidnap little Lorry, the daughter of a wealthy Palm Town shopkeeper. Lorry gets aboard a boat where he had an appointment with his friend Bobby, but finds no one. The two thieves try to take advantage of the favorable opportunity to kidnap her together with the boat, therefore they untie the rope from the top. At that moment Patty arrives and claims her sweater, but as a result she too is kidnapped as the boat sets out to sea.

The scene is witnessed by Bobby, Lorry's friend who arrives at the appointment just at that moment. Meanwhile, the uncles worried about Patty's delay, go to look for her.

Long live Palm Town

Bobby asks for help by reporting Lorry's kidnapping to his parents, who rush to their daughter's aid. Meanwhile, Patty and Lorry both tied up on the boat find a knife and manage to cut the ropes. Despite the initial fear, Patty and Lorry arm themselves with courage and climb onto the deck of the boat to face the two thieves. A chase ensues and a series of roccambolesque situations where the two clumsy cats end up in the sea and Patty and Lorry prove skilled in grabbing the rudder of the boat and heading to the port of Palm Town. Patty can then get back her pullover, so dear to her, and the certainty of having met a new friend in Lorry. Meanwhile, Lorry's parents and Patty's uncles also arrive on board a motorboat. Once they arrive at the port, they are interviewed by journalists and Patty and Lorry end up in all the newspapers for their heroic enterprise.

Long live Palm Town

In the second episode "Peter's jealousy" we find Patty making her first entrance to the Palm Town school, where she meets her new classmates who already know her well known for her feat that has ended up in all the newspapers and also told by her Lorry classmate. The latter invites Patty to her home: a luxurious building with a swimming pool and panoramic lift. Lorry's parents enjoy dressing up and playing pranks, much to Patty's amazement who is terrified to see those horrible masks. To cheer her up, they offer the little girl a delicious snack that Patty willingly accepts. Patty also meets two crazy artists who are friends of Mr. Cocker and Peter, Lorry's little brother of just three years, who shows all his jealousy towards his sister, because he feels a little excluded. Meanwhile, the two cats, after swimming at the port of Palm Town, meditate on other tricks by reviewing Patty and Lorry as they carry the cart of ice cream sold by Mr. Coker. The two friends arrive on the beach and invite the swimmers to quench their thirst with their delicious ice creams.

The two rogues ask Peter to distract Patty, who leaves the cart unattended at the mercy of the two clumsy cats, who do not hesitate for a moment to steal it. Peter accepted the plan of the two thieves because he intended to spite his sister and receive a reward, but the two cats also betray him, not showing up for the appointment.

Long live Palm Town

Meanwhile, the two swindlers are recognized by the two artists, friends of Mr. Cocker, as they notice the ice cream cart. The result is a chase in a steep descent, where the two thieves fall among many caprieole and the cart is recovered by Patty, Lorry and Peter who finally make peace. These are just some of the many adventures that will feature Patty, Lorry, Peter and Bobby.
