Pirate and Captain

Pirata e Capitano is a CGI animated cartoon series created by the French studios of Millimages. The animated series consisting of 52 episodes of 11 minutes each by director François Narboux was broadcast for the first time on 19 October 2016 on France 5, Zouzous and Rai.

The soundtrack of the series is the song In the Summertime (1970) of the British group Mungo Jerry.

The cartoons tell the adventures of a Pirate who on board the ship the "Pink Skull", plows the seas of the Great Ocean together with his crew, the onboard cook Roberto, the ship boy Bebo and the Pirastelle. In case of need he can always rely on the help of his great friend Captain who with his red seaplane, flies over the seas and the most inaccessible places in order to check that everything is fine and that there are no people or animals in danger.
