The animated film "Ken the Warrior - The Legend of Raul" tells the story of Ken Shiro and his brother Raul, the only people on earth to possess the martial arts knowledge of the Hokuto school. The scenario is that of a wasteland due to world conflicts that made way for one of nuclear bombs. Unlike Ken, his brother harnesses the power of his technique for evil purposes. Ken will find himself forced to fight against his brother to free men from slavery. But first they will have to contend with the last General of the Nanto school.
